This PR adds new localization entries for the following errors coming from Cognito:
LimitExceededException, mapped to aAWSCognitoAuthError.limitExceededby AmplifyNotAuthorizedExceptionwith a message of"Password attempts exceeded", mapped to aAuthError.notAuthorizedby Amplify.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
